I recently had the pleasure of shooting the lovely and most talented Miss Mikki Daniel. Mikki is in the fast lane to an incredible career as a western swing and country and western music artist -- and best of all, she's from Texas, ya'll!

Mikki is also an extremely talented song writer. She wrote most of her songs on her first CD, which is seeing a whole lotta' popularity - "Gotta Be A Cowgirl". She won the "New Horizons Wrangler Award" for this awesome CD. She is also the recipient of many other significant awards and at 17 she'll see many more.

On top of it all, Mikki is also a genuine Texas cowgirl. If that handsome guy in this horse on steroids looks familiar to some of you folks, that's because he is RC Samples. He was nice enough to help us out with this shoot. What young man wouldn't pass up an opportunity, right?
