Justin Trevino
Since releasing the album, Texas Honky Tonk in 1998, Justin has recorded and produced 13 more albums. The title track from that album, "Texas Honky Tonk," is still considered by many to be his signature song . . . and it is certainly one of the most requested at Justin's performances.
I had photographed Justin (and had always been a big fan) in the past but, never was able to video him. I had the opportunity in most recent times (March, 2020) at the world famous, "Best Little Cowboy Gathering in Texas" (always the second weekend in March). Yes . . . I really do mean, "world famous" as folks from around the world come to this event, which features the finest bands and artists in Texas. To perform at this event, ya really do have to have a fiddle (and a steel guitar) in the band! If ya missed it this year, Justin's right here, nearly in the flesh. Clear out the room and turn up the volume . . . you'll want to slide on those Saturday-night-in-Texas dancing boots as well. Both photographs included in this collection and the video were taken within the same weekend.
Thanks, Justin - for giving me the grand opportunity!
